Our firm was established in early 1975 in order to provide professional legal services to its clients in civil, corporate and business, financial, real estate, labor, tax and other related fields to business activity. Our clients are conformed by domestic and foreign companies as well as individuals.

Our firm founders were Mr. Juan Carlos Varela Morgan, Mr. Luis Alejandro Silva Valdes and Mr. Manuel Jimenez Bulnes, shortly after Mr. Raul Varela joined Morgan. In 2002 Mr. Manuel Jimenez Bulnes retired. Today are also part of the firm Mr. Alejandro Morgan Larenas, Mr. Juan Cristobal Marchant Santa Maria, Mr. Andres Maino Benítez and Mr. Mauricio Araneda Bunting.

Since 2003, Mr. Antonio Bascuñan Valdés and Mr. Carlos Lira Ramirez also participate as independent attorneys. Our organization has received legal contributions from its members, especially the tradition of one of the most prominent teachers of Business Law in the country, as is Mr. Raul Varela Varela.
